The project was a collaboration between Konstfack, University College of Arts, Crafts and Design and Kosta Boda (2003 – 2005). The project´s aim was to stimulate and create ideas around the theme of beverages and drinking.
"Cloud" (right)
Water – one of the most precious things there is, and a commodity in short supply in many parts of the world. I wanted to create an elevated position for the water, suspending it in a thread-net above the dining room table. “Cloud” can be used by pushing the drinkingglass upwards to lift the steel rod. In turn, this lifts the ball sealing the opening and the water is released.
"Straw" In this project, I was inspired by reeds, aquatic plants and other organic shapes. Drink alone or with friends.
